Bio – D. David Doleshal Age 55 Happily Married and a Grandpa!

Part time agent for more then 4 yrs.  Prefer 1-2 clients each month to give them the personal service and help they will need in Purchasing or Selling a home.  I have bought and sold homes from $20,000 - $320,000.  I personally have 5 rental and lease to own properties which I manage.  I work at Culligan Water in the commercial department where I diagnose and treat water from Dental Offices to Hospitals, Hotels, Restaurant chains, Airplane Manufacturers and all Industrial applications.On the National level I deal with many architects throughout the U.S. designing systems and piping dimensions for many National chains.  PF Changs, Pei Wei, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut to name a few.

I also have Chaplain status at the El Dorado Correctional Facility where we conduct church services and help inmates and families on a weekly basis.  I lead church services in singing and worship, can teach, and am an Ambassador for outreach, as well as a sound tech.

I enjoy helping others reach their dreams and goals.  What I see lacking in the Real Estate Industry is sales reps are not good at listening to their customers needs.  As a chaplain I feel I have learned the Art of listening, and can then help others through guidance and questions achieve their needs and expectations.   Dealing with Architect designs and commercial building throughout the U.S. gives Me a little extra insight and network of Professionals to deal with the issues which can arise on any level.

Being a part time agent has become my biggest plus.  I am not interested in a paycheck, but in a Satisfying relationship with the Buyer and or Seller.  I have time and patience which cannot be taught.  Helping others over their hurdles of buying and selling homes is an enjoyable Profession not a tedious job.
